Ashley Wickerham-Cutcher, MSW

Mrs. Wickerham-Cutcher is a masters-level social worker, and the Associate Director of the University of Toeldo’s Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute. Co-chair of the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition’s Protocols Committee, Mrs. Wickerham-Cutcher is also a member of the Ohio Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Commission’s Research & Analysis committee.
