John Meekins is an internationally recognized expert on human trafficking in correctional institutions. A member of the International Association of Human Trafficking Investigators, he has trained investigators, researchers, FBI and Homeland Security criminal analysts, and others around the world. He has a degree in business from the University of Pennsylvania.
